Our Pneumatic perfume Filling Machine， automatic perfume filling line with CE certificate utilizes a vacuum-based liquid-level-equalizing filling system. Since each glass bottle has slight variations in actual capacity, using a fixed filling volume would result in inconsistent liquid levels across bottles. To ensure uniform liquid positioning, our system automatically adjusts the filling volume via vacuum technology to maintain the same liquid level in every bottle. Simple mold adjustments are required when changing bottle types, and the system is equipped with drip-proof filling nozzles to prevent leakage.
